Just landed and it's chilly. Just waiting on our luggage so I can get my boots.

We should be at the house in 40 minutes and on the mountain in about 90.

We've landed in Chicago where it's sunny and a whopping SEVEN degrees. People are looking at me like I'm insane because I have my flip-flops on still.

I'm having a great time exchanging pleasantries with the members of the Steeler Nation. I think we may have to go outside to board the plane, but fortunately, work being like Antarctica has prepared me.

I can see the Chicago skyline from here through the haze. Maybe later I'll try to show you.

Today I got up before the sun even considered rolling over, scratching its balls and farting.

It's very foggy this morning which doesn't comfort me when I have to get on a plane. I'm happy that I could get a Modelo Pacifico to calm my nerves at 5:43.

The plane boards soon so I'm off to chug this beer. Maybe I'll post another entry during the layover in Chicago.

Three sammiches and cheesy bread was too tough?

I was hoping it was my sammich you forgot since I won't get to it for at least another 90 minutes, but no. You forgot my poor, starving child's food.

Oh, woe is she. Waiting another TEN minutes. The *horror*!

I can't imagine being 15 again and having these mind-blowing problems. :-P
